OrganoEZ keeps the tumor’s shape longer
Colon tumor organoids grown side by side in OncoPlex and another commercial medium. Both expand at a similar rate, but OncoPlex organoids keep the cystic form typical of colorectal tumors, while those in the other product turn solid sooner.

Frequently asked questions
Which OncoPlex medium should I use?
Choose the medium for the tumor’s tissue of origin. Each OncoPlex medium is formulated for one cancer type, from colon to endometrium.
Do the complete media need extra growth factors?
No. They are fully supplemented, so no reconstitution, conditioned-medium preparation or added growth factors are required before use.
Which matrix do OrganoEZ™ media work with?
Plex3D GelMatrix. Cells are mixed with the matrix and seeded as 3D domes before adding medium.
How should I handle the tissue processing buffers?
Thaw them overnight at 2–8 °C and keep them cold during processing. Do not warm the wash buffer to 37 °C.
Where do I find the documents for my lot?
Each product page lists its Product Information Sheet and Safety Data Sheet. The Certificate of Analysis is issued for each lot.
