Created by the Wellcome Sanger Institute and partners, this tool processes spatial genomic data in just one hour, revealing critical tissue changes across cancer patients.
When tested on lung and breast cancer samples, NicheCompass identified unique immune cell interactions that could guide personalized treatments. The technology also successfully mapped an entire mouse brain containing 8.4 million cells.
