OPAL

OPAL has the advantage of being able to stain freely without restrictions on the host of the primary antibody, making it easy to use antibodies already available in the laboratory and increasing experimental flexibility.

It is possible to stain up to 8 biomarkers at a time, and has the advantage of being relatively cheaper than CODEX staining.

OPAL

  • 6 marker staining capabilities on a single tissue slide.
  • High compatibility with existing IHC and freedom to choose biomarkers.
  • Construction of organoid-optimized panels for tissue-level analysis.
  • Solutions optimized for diagnostic marker testing.
  • Rapid cellular phenotyping and neighborhood analysis.
